- The structural parts, such as base, table, columns and beam are all manufactured from high quality cast iron, stress relieved for deformation-free performance year after year.
- Oversized box ways on X, Z-axis enhance perfect stability.
- All structural parts are rib reinforced to increase structural strength and rigidity.
- Floor standing ATC system.
- The table rotation is transmitted through a gearbox, providing high/low speed ranges.
- The cross rail side track is the double row type; it can guarantee the cross rail positioning system can be stable.
- Center post is supported by thrust roller bearing installed in outer periphery turning table against thrust load (weight of work piece and cutting reaction force) and is supported by tapered roller bearing, against radial load. Table roller bearing - 590X710X65 may withstand the work piece and work table's weight and the forward cutting force. 32236 P5 table bearings cause the work table to revolve in the met center and to withstand reacting force of the cutting.
